Boundaries Building Group

Privacy notice

What happens to the details you give us on the interest form, in plain words. Version draft-2026-11-06.

Back to the form

In short: the form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the area of life you want help with. Only the two facilitators see it, and they use it to contact you about your place in the group. It is kept for as long as the group needs it, then deleted automatically. You can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time.

What we collect

From the form: your full name, your WhatsApp number, your email address, the area of life you choose (work, family, relationships, friendships or yourself), and, if you write it, a few words on why you want to join. The form also records the time you agreed to the four statements above the button and which version of this notice you saw.

From your connection: a scrambled, non-reversible version of your network address, used only to notice a flood of fake submissions. It cannot be turned back into your address.

Please do not put health details, religious or political views, or anything about another person in the free-text box. We do not ask for them and we do not need them. If you volunteer something, it is kept on the basis of your consent and you can ask for it to be removed.

The group is for adults. If you are under 18, please do not use the form.

Who we are

The responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) is to be confirmed, registration number to be confirmed, of to be confirmed. The Information Officer is Dingaan Rahlapane.

The group is run by its two facilitators, Dingaan Rahlapane and Lungi Sangqu. For anything about your details, write to lungis@africadigitalsuccess.com.

Some company details above are still being confirmed and will be filled in before this page goes live.

Why we collect it

To contact you on WhatsApp about your place, to confirm it, to send you the confidentiality agreement and the payment details personally, and to run the group once it starts. One of us will contact you on WhatsApp within 2 days to confirm your place.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to any list.

Is it voluntary?

Yes. Nothing obliges you to fill in the form. Without a name and a WhatsApp number, though, we cannot contact you, so the form will not submit without them. The free-text box is optional.

Who sees it

The two facilitators, each signing in with their own password. Your details are not posted in any group chat and do not go to a shared inbox. Until the site is handed over, the developer who built it can reach the system to maintain it, and may not use your details for anything else.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Where it is stored and who helps us

How long we keep it
